Documents To Bring

Bring the following documents to your loan application appointment:

For Purchases:

1. A copy of your purchase sales contract and earnest money agreement, signed by the buyer and seller.

2. Proof of any additional funds.

Purchases and Refinancing:

1. Last two years' W-2

2. Income verification - one month pay stubs

3. Bank Statements - three months

4. Copies of any pension, 401(k) plans, stock and bond statements

5. Copies of any retirement compensation or Social Security award letter

6. Home Owner's insurance information.

If Self Employed:

1. Copies of both personal and business income tax returns for the last two years

2. Current profit and loss statement

Other Paperwork that may be needed:

1. Copy of separation or divorce agreement

2. Rent receipts - twelve months

At the time of your application interview, all borrowers will need to be present to sign the necessary paperwork to start your loan process.
