You will quickly discover how comfortable we make you at HOMELOAN Source - and that is our intent when you decide to engage us to help you with your financial arrangements, either as a lender or mortgage broker.

We look forward to sharing our beautiful lobby with you, and will greet you with a warm reception.  Come prepared with your information and your private consultation will be as effective as possible.

In your initial meeting you should expect to meet with your loan consultant for approximately 40 minutes.  During this time you will be provided with constructive suggestions and explanations about the loan program or programs that will most effectively match your needs.

Most of our customers have a follow up meeting within a week to talk about current lending rates, specific details that pertain to the mortgage or loan that will be appropriate for you.

Depending on various factors, your loan paperwork will be submitted and subject to review during this time.  Within one or two weeks, a closing date will be selected.  One of the extra benefits of working with our loan consultants is that they will be with you at closing.  We want to assure you that the job isn't done until the right paperwork is done - and that it is done the right way.
